How is my song made?

It starts entirely with you: the memories and details you share become the lyrics, written for one person only. You read and approve every line, and one revision is included, so nothing goes into production until you're happy. Once you approve, we produce the finished track with modern digital production and deliver it to your inbox as a high-quality MP3.

How long does it take?

Your song is delivered within 24 hours of ordering, so it's with you in plenty of time for the big day.

What if I want changes?

You'll receive the lyrics to approve before we produce the song, and one lyric revision is included free, so it will only ever be produced with words you're happy with.

Can I choose the style?

Yes. Pick from acoustic, upbeat pop, country, piano ballad or rock in the order form. Or choose "Surprise me" and we'll match the style to their story.

What format do I get?

A high-quality MP3, sent to your email with a download link. Play it anywhere, share it with anyone, keep it forever.

What's your refund policy?

Because every song is written just for you, we don't otherwise offer refunds once production has begun, with one exception: during our launch, send us a video of the reaction within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You approve the lyrics first, a revision is included, and if we've genuinely missed the mark we'll work with you to make it right.
