Can I order if I'm not the parent?
Of course. All we need is your grandchild's name and a few of the things they love. If you're unsure how a name is said or what they're into this month, a quick message to their mum or dad usually settles it.
Who receives the lullaby?
It's sent to the email address you give when you order, as a high-quality MP3 with a download link. Keep it for your own visits, forward it to the parents, or both.
Can one lullaby be for more than one grandchild?
Yes. Brothers, sisters and cousins can share a lullaby: give us every name and each one is sung.
What age is it for?
Little ones from newborn to eight. Tell us their age and the lullaby is pitched just right for them.
What if I get something wrong?
You read the lyrics before we record a note, and one revision is included free. Nothing is sung until you're happy every line is right.
What's your refund policy?
Because each lullaby is made just for your grandchild, we don't otherwise offer refunds once production has begun, with one exception: during our launch, send us a video of the reaction within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You approve the lyrics first, a revision is included, and if we've missed the mark we'll make it right.
